What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property.
How do I access the Beach?
The beach club overlooks the beach and has a ramp leading down to the sand on the far side.
By car: When entering the complex, drive past the main building and follow the road to the end. Park in the field overlooking the clubhouse — there's a stairway leading down.
From the apartment (quick route): Take the elevator or stairs down to level 4, turn right, then left out to the pool area. Walk down the wide steps and follow the road down to the right — it leads directly to the clubhouse.
From the apartment (scenic route): Go to level 4, continue past the pool table and small pool to the stairs leading down to level 3. At the bottom, pass by the second pool area and follow the path to the right. Take the elevator to level 0, which leads to a path down to the clubhouse.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking available in the building garage. Suite 803 has two reserved parking spots - there is additional visitor parking available.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the main living areas are controlled by two central AC units and each bedroom has it’s own split unit for individual temperature control.
What recreational activities are available on the premises?

Yes, the residence has a washer and dryer available for guest use.
The building has several pools that are shared with building residents (no outside visitors are permitted). The penthouse has a private plunge pool and outdoor space.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet family dinner. Guests will enjoy a full-size refrigerator, induction cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, serving pieces, and a complete selection of kitchen essentials.
