    The Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and provides emergency care to both insured and uninsured patients. Other departments and routine clinic services have separate operating hours.

    For non-life-threatening medical concerns, Clínica Hospital San Fernando in Coronado offers private medical services and is a convenient option for visitors in the beach communities.

  • There are several pharmacies along the Pan-American Highway in Coronado and Río Hato.

    Pharmacy hours can change, so we recommend checking current hours before leaving the penthouse.

  • Please contact your host immediately for:

    • A significant water leak or flooding

    • Electrical problems

    • Loss of air conditioning throughout the penthouse

    • A problem entering or securing the penthouse

    • Significant appliance malfunction

    • Damage or another condition that could create a safety concern

    For minor maintenance issues that can safely wait, please send us a message and we will arrange assistance.

  • eriods of heavy rain, thunderstorms and strong winds can occur in Panama.

    During severe weather:

    • Stay indoors during periods of strong wind or lightning.

    • Stay away from the large windows and terraces during severe conditions.

    • Bring personal belongings inside from the terraces.

    • Keep exterior doors securely closed.

    • Avoid the beach and ocean during thunderstorms or dangerous surf.

    • Do not use the elevators during a power outage.

    • Follow any instructions provided by Punta Caelo management or security.
