Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Please allow enough time to gather your belongings and complete the quick departure steps below.

Before you go, please:

• Make sure you have all personal belongings, chargers and valuables.

• Place used towels in the bathrooms.

• Leave beds that were used unmade so our cleaning team knows which linens need to be changed.

• Place all trash in bags and take it to the designated trash area at the end of the hallway.

• Return any resort items you used—including beach towels, the cooler and pickleball equipment—to the penthouse.

• Make sure all doors leading to the terraces are completely closed and locked.

• Turn off lights, televisions and other electronics.

There is no need to do laundry or strip the beds—you're on vacation! Our cleaning team will take care of the rest.

Before leaving, please set the two main thermostats and the bedroom mini-split air conditioners to 25°C (77°F).

Please do not turn the air conditioning completely off. Panama's tropical climate is very humid, and maintaining airflow and temperature helps protect the penthouse.

Please close all of the blinds before departing, particularly the large motorized blinds in the main living area.

The morning sun through the floor-to-ceiling windows can significantly warm the penthouse when it is unoccupied.

Please bag all trash and take it to the trash area located at the end of the hallway.

Recycling bins are located in the parking garage near the Apartment 803 parking spaces. Please crush cans and plastic bottles when possible and break down cardboard boxes before placing them in the recycling area.

Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle before you leave.

Remove any perishable food you brought with you and do not leave open food or beverages on the counters.

If you were provided with a physical key during your stay, please return it to the security guard shack upon your departure.

Your electronic door code will no longer be active after your scheduled departure.

That's it! Our cleaning and maintenance team will take care of everything else!

Before closing the door, please take one final look around for personal belongings and make sure the entrance door closes securely behind you.
