Arrival Information
Gate Access
Upon arrival at the main entrance, please let the security guard know you are staying at The Palms Penthouse – Unit 803. You will proceed down the entry drive to the parking garage, please let the guard know you are staying in unit 803 as a guest and then proceed to our numbered parking spaces.
Entry to the Penthouse
For your convenience, The Palms Penthouse utilizes a secure electronic door lock. Your unique door code will be provided on the day of your arrival and will remain active throughout your stay.
Parking
Two designated parking spaces are available for your use during your stay. Upon entering the garage, please inform the parking attendant that you are a guest of Unit 803. Proceed straight into the garage and then turn right. Our parking spaces are clearly marked with the unit number 803. Visitor parking is also available within the complex for additional guests.
Finding the Unit
After parking, take the walkway immediately adjacent to our parking spaces. Continue down the hallway and you will find the elevator on the left at the end of the corridor. Take the elevator to the 8th floor, where you will find Unit 803 – The Palms Penthouse.

Before departing, please take a few moments to complete the following:
✓ Gather Personal Belongings
Please check all bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, drawers, charging stations, and outdoor areas to ensure you have all personal items.
✓ Close All Shades and Curtains
To help protect the furnishings and keep the penthouse cool, please close all window shades and curtains before departing.
✓ Adjust Air Conditioning
Please set the air conditioning in each room to 76°F (24°C) before leaving. This helps conserve energy while maintaining a comfortable temperature for housekeeping and property maintenance.
✓ Dispose of Trash
Please place any bagged trash in the designated disposal area. Additional instructions can be found in the Things to Know section.
✓ Load and Start Dishwasher (If Used)
If you have used dishes during your stay, we appreciate starting the dishwasher before departure.
✓ Turn Off Lights and Electronics
Please switch off all lights, televisions, and other electronics when leaving.
✓ Secure the Penthouse
Ensure all doors are closed and locked upon departure. The electronic lock will automatically secure the main entry door once closed.
✓ Notify Us of Any Issues
If anything was damaged or requires attention during your stay, please let us know so we can address it promptly for future guests.

Flexibility
Early Arrival & Late Departure
We understand that travel plans don't always fit neatly into standard check-in and check-out times, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible.
If there are no guests arriving or departing on the same day, we are often able to offer early check-in or late check-out at no additional charge.
To allow us time to coordinate with housekeeping and property management, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to arrival or departure to check availability.
While we cannot guarantee early or late access, we will always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
