Upon arrival at Punta Caelo, you'll stop at the main security gate. Simply let the security officer know that you're a guest of The Palms Penthouse, Residence 803.

For your convenience, we'll notify security of your arrival in advance whenever possible.

After checking in with security, continue through the gate and follow the road toward the residential towers. Check out a quick video here

As you enter Punta Caelo from the Pan-American Highway, pull into the left lane at the main security gate. Let the guard know you're a guest staying at PH Solaria, Residence 803. You will likely be asked to present a photo ID before entering the community.

After passing through the main gate, continue down the road and turn right toward the Solaria building. Follow the drive to the covered parking garage, where you'll pass through a second security gate to enter the garage.

Once inside the garage, drive straight, take the first right, then the next right, and finally the first left. Your two reserved covered parking spaces are located at the end of the row and are clearly marked 803.

From your parking spaces, a covered walkway leads directly to the elevator lobby.

From your designated parking spaces, you'll find the entrance to the covered hallway immediately adjacent to the parking area.

Follow the hallway until it ends, then turn left to reach the elevator lobby. Take the elevator to the 8th floor.

When you exit the elevator on the 8th floor, you'll see only two apartment entrances. Walk past our neighboring residence to the door at the end of the hallway. The Palms Penthouse is clearly marked 803.

How do I check in?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Approximately 24 hours before your arrival, you'll receive a personalized message with your unique door access code and any additional arrival instructions.

When you arrive at The Palms Penthouse, simply enter your code on the keypad and press the ✓ (checkmark) button to unlock the door.

For your privacy and security, each access code is unique to your reservation and will automatically expire after your departure.

If the door doesn't unlock on the first attempt, wait a few seconds and try entering the code again.

Should you experience any difficulty accessing the residence, please contact our Concierge through WhatsApp. As an added safeguard, the security gate always has access to a backup key, ensuring you'll never be locked out of the residence.

What's the first thing I should do when I arrive?

Welcome to The Palms Penthouse.

Take a moment to settle in and enjoy the view. The penthouse has been prepared for your arrival so you can begin relaxing right away.

To help keep the residence cool in Panama's tropical climate, the automatic blinds are typically left closed before your arrival. We recommend opening them once you've settled in to enjoy the spectacular ocean views.
